Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation.
How to start a return. Email hello@kidnomics.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Refunds. Approved returns are refunded in Kidnomics points at the rate originally applied to your purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at hello@kidnomics.com.
Damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong. Email hello@kidnomics.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right — including covering return shipping.
Return shipping.
- Damaged or defective: We provide a prepaid return label.
- Changed your mind: You cover return shipping.
Items we can't accept returns on:
- Food and consumable items
- Personal care items (lotions, sunscreens, shampoos, etc.) that have been opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
