Together they form a 52 x 27.5 x 5-inch dual-sided crib mattress sized for standard full-size cribs and toddler beds. Compare Aura 2 if airflow matters but a familiar foam mattress is preferred. Choose Cloud 1 when a washable cover and waterproof lining are enough, or Cloud 4 when verified biobased content matters more than core washability.
